Our London marathoner

This year’s London marathon is on Sunday 21st April and our wonderful Nicky is running it!

Nicky is one of our original members and does so much for the choir, now she is using her London marathon run as an opportunity to raise funds for two charities: Chivenor Military Ladies Choir and Combat Stress.

Nicky says:

“I love singing and my choir. Inspired by ladies in the choir, I put my name in the hat to run the London marathon and I got lucky. Now I love running!

My plight is to continue to support my choir, it helps not only serving ladies, wives, girlfriends, daughters and mothers but also now supports veteran families. This links in with my other choice of charity, Combat Stress, which supports us Veterans with our mental health.

If you can find it in your heart to donate. I would be forever grateful ❤️❤️ thank you”.
